The ingredients include chromium (known for blood sugar balance), curcumin (which helps keep inflammation in check), berberine (a time-tested intestinal support), rhodiola (which is helpful to balance the stress system), and saffron (a known anti-inflammation herb as well as mood balancer.* When appropriate, this formula can be used along with Neurotransmitter Balance for a thorough support of physiology and neurotransmitters for mood.*

Supplement Facts for 2 vegetarian capsules:
- Chromium (as Chromium Dinicocysteinate) 400mcg 
- Rhodiola rosea root Extract (standardized to 3% rosavins)340mg 
- Berberine HCl 250mg 
- Longvida Optimized Curcumin Extract 200mg 
- Saffron Extract (Crocus sativus, stigmas, (standardized to 2% safranal) 15mg 

Recommended Use:
For adults, take 1 or 2 capsules, 1-2 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), cellulose, phosphatidylcholine (from soy), stearic acid, ascorbyl palmitate, and silica.

This product avoids all: yeast, wheat, gluten, milk/dairy, corn, sodium, sugar, starch, artificial coloring, artificial preservatives or genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

This product does contain contain phosphatidylcholine, which is a product of soy. Check with your practitioner if you may be sensitive to soy.
